EPIF receives a provisional ESG Rating of BBB from MSCI, outperforming the industry average in environmental pillar

EP Infrastructure, a.s. („EPIF“) is pleased to announce that it has obtained a provisional* ESG Rating of BBB (on a seven-point scale from AAA to CCC) from MSCI, a globally recognized leader in investment decision support tools, widely trusted by institutional investors, asset managers, and financial professionals. MSCI’s ESG ratings are widely regarded as a leading standard in the industry, helping investors identify both risks and opportunities related to sustainability across thousands of companies worldwide. These ratings are based on a rigorous, data-driven approach and transparent methodology.
As a privately held company, EPIF operates with a governance structure tailored to its ownership model, which differs from the formal framework typically found with publicly listed firms. Despite this, EPIF has demonstrated strong performance in the environmental pillar, exceeding the industry average, highlighting its dedication to long-term sustainable growth.
In response to the issued rating, Gary Mazzotti, the CEO of EPIF stated:
