EPIF appointed new Finance Director

EP Infrastructure (“EPIF”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Václav Paleček as the Finance Director of the group with effective date 1st June 2020. Václav joins EPIF from EP Power Europe (“EPPE”) where he was Head of Group Controlling and Financial Reporting and managed to build a new dedicated EPPE controlling team from the scratch.
Gary Mazzotti, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of EPIF, stated: “We are delighted that Václav has agreed to join us and take over the position of Finance Director, he brings with him a wealth of experience from working 6 years within the EPH Group, and prior to this Václav joined us from KPMG. On behalf of the EPIF team we look forward to working with you Václav in the years ahead.“
At the same time Gary Mazzotti stated: “I can therefore confirm that Filip Bělák, our current Finance Director, has agreed to accept the position of Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of EP Power Europe. On behalf of myself, the Board of EPIF and the operating companies within the EPIF group we would like to thank Filip for all his hard work, dedication and many successes, whilst working for the company and of course to wish him every success in his new role at EPPE.“
